1. Order Processing Time
At Sales Agro, we know you need your energy fast. All orders are processed, securely packed, and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the following business day. During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or new product drops), processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship nationwide across all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. We partner with USPS, FedEx, and UPS to get your drinks to you safely.
- Standard Ground: 3-5 business days
- Expedited 2-Day: 2 business days (Order must be placed before 2:00 PM EST)
- Overnight Delivery: Next business day (Order must be placed before 2:00 PM EST)
Note: Heavy shipments (such as pallets or multiple cases) may take slightly longer and are generally shipped via ground freight.
3. Worldwide International Shipping
We are thrilled to fuel champions around the globe! Sales Agro offers international shipping to over 100 countries using premium carriers like DHL Express and FedEx International.
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-6 business days
Shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout based on the total weight of your package (energy drinks are heavy!) and your exact destination address.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
If your order is shipping outside of the United States, it may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and carrier brokerage fees upon arrival in your country.
- Sales Agro is NOT responsible for these charges. All customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated fees before placing large international orders.
- If a package is refused by the buyer due to unpaid customs fees, we will issue a refund for the items only after the package is safely returned to our warehouse, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your shipping label is created, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can click the link in that email to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to update.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Energy drinks are heavy and can occasionally be mishandled by transit carriers. We pack every order with extreme care, utilizing heavy-duty corrugated boxes and specialized bubble wrap.
- Damaged Items: If your cans arrive dented, leaking, or damaged, please take a clear photo of the damaged items and the shipping box, and email it to our support team within 48 hours. We will issue a replacement immediately.
- Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check around your property and with your neighbors. If it is still missing after 48 hours, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Sales Agro is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
