Refunds & Returns
Fair, straightforward policies to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL on consumable goods unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
1. General Return Policy
At Sales Agro, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously. Because energy drinks and hydration beverages are classified as consumable food items, we adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "buyer's remorse" or if you simply do not like a flavor you purchased. Once a consumable product has left our warehouse, it cannot be safely restocked and resold.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Energy drinks are heavy and pressurized. While we pack every order with extreme care, we know that shipping carriers can sometimes be rough. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., severely dented cans, ruptured cans, leaking liquids), we will gladly replace the damaged items or issue a partial/full refund.
To claim a damaged item replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- Email our support team at info@salesagro.com with your Order Number.
- You MUST include clear photographs of both the damaged product(s) AND the shipping box it arrived in.
Once we review your photos, we will immediately dispatch a replacement shipment at no cost to you, or process a refund for the affected items.
3. Incorrect Orders Received
If our warehouse makes a mistake and ships you the incorrect brand, flavor, or quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will expedite the correct items to you immediately. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the incorrect items (we will provide a prepaid shipping label) or instruct you to simply keep them as our apology.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by our support team, it will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to fully clear and appear on your bank statement.
- If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary by institution.
5. International Orders & Customs Refusals
As stated in our Shipping Policy, international buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs taxes.
If an international package is refused by the buyer due to unpaid customs fees, or is rejected by local customs officials, the package will be returned to our U.S. warehouse. In this scenario, we will issue a refund for the products only after the package arrives safely back at our facility. The original cost of shipping, as well as any return shipping fees charged by the carrier, will be deducted from your final refund.
6. Cancelled Orders
We process orders extremely quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been packed and a shipping label has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
