1. Accepted Payment Methods
At Sales Agro, we want to make purchasing your favorite energy and hydration beverages as seamless as possible. We accept a wide variety of secure payment methods for both domestic and international orders.
2. Currency & International Transactions
Because Sales Agro is based in the United States, all prices displayed on our website and all final checkout transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
- International Customers: If you are purchasing from outside the U.S., your credit card company or bank will automatically convert the USD transaction amount to your local currency.
- Exchange Rates & Fees: We are not responsible for the exchange rates applied by your bank, nor are we responsible for any international transaction fees or foreign conversion fees your bank may charge.
3. Payment Security
Your security is non-negotiable. We take the following measures to ensure your financial data is completely safe:
- PCI-DSS Compliance: Our checkout process is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
- SSL Encryption: All transactions are transmitted over a secure, 256-bit encrypted SSL connection.
- No Card Storage: Sales Agro does not capture or store your full credit card number on our servers. All payment data is tokenized and processed directly by our Tier 1 payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).
4. Billing Terms & Order Processing
Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon placing your order. This ensures your inventory is secured and allows us to process and ship your package without delay.
If you are purchasing a recurring "Energy Club" subscription, you will be billed on the same calendar day each month. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
5. Wholesale & B2B Payments
For gyms, offices, event planners, and retail stores placing large bulk or pallet orders, we offer alternative payment methods for your convenience. Upon approval of a wholesale account, we accept:
- ACH Bank Transfers (U.S. Only)
- International Wire Transfers (SWIFT)
- Net-30 Terms (Subject to credit approval and application)

6. Fraud Prevention & Failed Payments
To protect our customers from fraud, all orders are subject to strict automated security checks.
- Address Verification (AVS): Please ensure that your billing address matches the address registered with your bank exactly, or your transaction may be declined.
- 3D Secure: For certain international orders, you may be redirected to your bank's 3D Secure page to verify the transaction via SMS or app notification.
If your payment is declined, no funds will be captured. Any pending charges visible on your bank statement are simply authorizations that will naturally drop off within 2-4 business days.
